EDUCATION

  • Bachelor of Science (North Carolina State University)

Matt brings over 25 years of process development experience to the team at 3 Green Pillars. He has led projects pursuing process efficiency from the military to across the industries of agriculture, biotech, and software. His natural pull towards analyzing processes has paired well with LEAN, Six Sigma, Quality Management and Total Productive Maintenance methodologies to deliver successful outcomes in building long-term organizational processes, automation development, and more recently in consulting clients in the aspects of maintenance reliability.

Matt loves to learn and explore. He is both an avid cyclist and sci-fi buff (with his collection and knowledge of tragically bad sci-fi being both impressive and a little sad). For the last 8 years he has been addicted to Minecraft. It is a significant improvement over LEGO and the unfortunate side effect of stepping on that one piece you didn’t pick up.
